Alternatively, every year, the Portuguese Society of Chemistry and the Official Association of Chemists of Galicia organise jointly the  "International ENCONTRO GALEGO PORTUGUESE OF CHEMISTRY" conference, which this year reaches its 28th edition. The venue of the conference will be the city of Vigo, in the province of Pontevedra.
